Senior Project Manager (Software Implementation) is sought to join our Customer Experience Team within Professional Services to deliver seamless software implementations for customers. You will work alongside Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering to lead the end-to-end execution of implementations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maximizing customer satisfaction. You will partner with Solutions Architects who lead the technical design, while you drive governance, coordination, and delivery excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle. The role focuses on strategic and complex customer implementations, often requiring in-region presence and language capabilities, with occasional travel to ensure successful delivery.
