Senior Project Manager, Public Works (PE) – Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Sustainability Engineering Group (SEG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager who wants to lead meaningful public works projects rather than simply navigate a process. You will own the planning, design, and execution of public works initiatives across roadway, water/wastewater, drainage, and related infrastructure from kickoff to closeout. You will manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to deliver on time and on target, ensuring compliance with public bidding and procurement requirements. You will serve as the principal point of contact for municipal and agency clients, building trust, providing strategic guidance, and developing long-term relationships. You will mentor and grow a team of engineers and contribute to a culture of collaboration and technical excellence, all while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and environmental requirements. You will apply Civil 3D, GIS, and other modern tools to drive design quality and produce clean documentation. You will support business development by contributing to proposals, qualification packages, client presentations, and pursuit activities in collaboration with SEG leadership.
