Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects in Leeds, United Kingdom. In this role you will oversee delivery from inception through completion, lead and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors and consultants, and ensure compliance with technical specifications, building regulations and Health & Safety standards. You will manage project costs, schedules and budgets, drive value for money, monitor milestones and dependencies to prevent slippage, and maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders. You will review technical documentation, drawings and BIM data to ensure quality and accuracy, identify and mitigate risks, and mentor project team members to foster continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field, at least 8 years of project management experience with 5 years in M&E or building services, and professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP are desirable. Experience with BIM and health & safety regulations, knowledge of construction methodologies, and experience delivering projects on time and within budget are preferred.
