Clark is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects across Northern Michigan, including Gaylord and surrounding communities. This role manages multiple active projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with clients, superintendents, and the management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Business Development team to identify and secure future opportunities in the region. Ideal candidates live near Alpena, Traverse City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Cadillac, Cheboygan, or nearby areas. Key responsibilities include defining project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions; proactively managing scope, budget, and schedule changes; allocating resources; setting priorities; aligning stakeholders; monitoring performance; resolving issues; and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and process development skills; solid understanding of construction and engineering operations; proficiency with data automation tools and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel); and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
