The Senior Project Manager will join the Business Operations team and lead cross-functional projects and programs across Business Systems, IT, and Security. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security - Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Operations, IT, Security, CloudOps, Finance, HR and external vendors as needed - Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies - Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards - Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership - Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and ELT communications - Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices - Manage change control processes and ensure adoption of new systems and tools
