We are seeking a Senior Product Owner for the BKYC domain to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our BKYC onboarding and periodic review platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial stakeholders to automate manual workflows, reduce processing times, and build scalable systems that unlock business growth while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. You will serve as the dedicated leader for the BKYC engineering team, setting clear priorities and driving product excellence from day one. While focused on BKYC, strong product owners from adjacent domains such as retail KYC, CDD, AML, or broader financial crime prevention are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include owning a product sub-domain, working with stakeholders to define roadmaps, implementing agile practices, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks within your domain. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in banking, business, engineering, or related fields; 3+ years as a Product Manager/Owner; banking/fintech experience is a strong advantage; experience in B2B or BaaS environments; familiarity with BKYC processes (entity verification, UBO identification, due diligence); awareness of EU AML regulations; excellent communication and leadership skills; adaptability to changing conditions; and comfort using AI tools in responsible AI-enabled workflows.
