In this hands-on role, you will lead high-impact initiatives across the platform, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external market participants. You will develop deep understandings of end-to-end workflows, define product and functional solutions, and drive execution across multiple systems, asset classes, and partner models. This position requires strong capital markets or wealth-management domain expertise, analytical thinking, technical fluency, and product delivery experience. You should be comfortable moving between business processes, data analysis, APIs and system interactions, and detailed requirements, as well as discussions with engineers and operational stakeholders.
