Senior Product Manager for Smart Services, remotely supporting the North America Commercial HVAC business at Trane Technologies. This position contributes to the product management team by guiding the product strategy, cross-functional projects, and go-to-market plans for service offerings, including strategic pricing, multigenerational product plans, and new product development programs. Responsibilities include supporting the Trane Service Products Growth Team (PGT) to drive profitable growth, developing the services strategy and annual operating plan, managing day-to-day service offering needs with pricing implementations, conducting industry and market analyses, and creating a multigenerational MGPP that aligns pricing, margins, and customer value with the building services strategy. Collaborate with other service and equipment product managers to integrate with Trane's broader strategy and work closely with product support and applications teams to document field actions. Support marketing and commercialization plans for new services, and review pricing and feature configurations to meet customer needs, accounting for inflation and market trends. Qualifications include 5–7 years in product management or related fields, a Bachelor's degree (technical preferred), strong HVAC knowledge, and travel up to 25%. Compensation ranges from $158,238.33 to $220,955.00 annually; incentive eligibility is Yes; sales commission eligibility is No. This employer is an equal opportunity employer.
