What you’ll do: - FX Product Strategy & Vision: define long-term strategy and translate short-term goals into roadmaps; align cross-functional teams. - Execution & Delivery: provide direction to engineering, ensure delivery cadence, launch reliability, and improve speed and quality. - Risk & Dependency Management: own regulatory and operational risks for FX, coordinate with Payments, Lending, etc. - Client Focus & Domain Mastery: understand FX market, regulatory constraints; validate problems via research and user feedback; be the go-to SME. - Data-Driven Prioritization & Strategy: balance client needs with long-term vision using internal data; consider derivative products and platform resilience. - Commercial Impact & Optimization: monitor FX margins, conversion rates, market share, operational efficiency; identify growth opportunities. - Influen
