Ebury is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain, owning Name Screening and Payment Screening across customers, counterparties, and transactions. Based in London, the role collaborates with First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data to evolve screening capabilities across new products, verticals and payment rails, with a focus on automation, accuracy, and scalability. You will own the Name Screening and Payment Screening product area, aligning with overall domain goals and company direction, and translating strategy into an actionable roadmap covering fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto (mainly stablecoins), crypto-to-crypto, and card spend transactions. Responsibilities include optimizing sanctions, PEP and adverse media lists, refining fuzziness and matching logic, and using AI-driven approaches to reduce false positives while maintaining regulatory risk. You will partner with First Line and Second Line teams to ensure effective, auditable controls, and with Data Science on predictive models for transactions (you are not expected to build models, but should understand their production behavior). You will translate regulatory and risk requirements into clear product requirements and work with Engineering on vendor integrations, event schemas, data models, and system performance and scalability.
