LumApps is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI to lead the Agent Platform, including Agent Hub and Agent Studio. In this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our flagship AI products and partner with a multicultural product organization within the AI Tribe. You will define the 12-18 month roadmap to make LumApps an orchestrator of AI agents, perform discovery with enterprise customers to identify opportunities where AI can boost productivity, and drive adoption of agents that deliver measurable efficiency. You will act as the internal and external advocate for the Agent strategy, stay on the bleeding edge of AI, and ensure safe governance of AI capabilities. You will collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and other product managers to align initiatives across the platform. Qualifications include 5+ years of product leadership in B2B SaaS, AI-native experience (RAG, chatbots, agentic frameworks, or LLM-based features), strong analytics/data-driven decision-making, and no-code/studio experience. Fluent English required; French/German/Polish is a bonus. This role is based in Paris, France with a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
