Autenti, a European trusted services platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the development of one key area of the platform. The role combines product management, monetization, user experience, and collaboration with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities include: - defining product strategy for the selected area; building and maintaining a roadmap and backlog based on company strategy, data, customer needs and technical capabilities; managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to measurement and iteration; developing scalable SaaS solutions for diverse user groups and markets; designing and optimizing key user journeys with a focus on simplicity, security, conversions and retention; contributing to monetization mechanisms and business models for new features; setting goals and KPIs and making data-driven product decisions; identifying and removing barriers to activation, adoption, conversion, retention and revenue growth; prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user impact, data, cost and risk; collaborating with product, engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Security, Compliance and Finance; supporting the team with clear priorities and business context; conducting market and user research and monitoring trends in SaaS, fintech and digital services; communicating strategy, roadmap, decisions and results to stakeholders.
