Senior Product Manager to own product development for Papa Community. You will be the first dedicated PM, responsible for defining and driving the platform roadmap while partnering with engineering, clinical operations, and the general manager to build the tools that power our care model at scale. This role offers the autonomy to shape the product from the ground up at a company where today’s decisions will influence care for years to come.
The platform you build powers our care model and serves as the operational backbone of Papa Community: it determines how the care team delivers engaging member experiences, improves care pathways, and demonstrates improved patient outcomes. You will be trusted to define what to build and why, with direct reporting to the GM and close collaboration with engineering and clinical teams. Your work will shape platform strategy, make build vs. buy decisions, and guide the sequencing of investments across the roadmap.
What you’ll do: Own the care delivery platform roadmap end to end—from discovery through delivery—covering V1 and future layers of clinical intelligence, automation, and operational tooling. Design and improve internal clinical workflows by translating on-the-ground care processes into product requirements. Lead system integration decisions and evaluate API integrations across our health tech stack (EHR, care management tools, billing infrastructure), making build vs. buy recommendations to reduce friction and improve data quality.
