We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional product initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals in clinical care management. You will oversee enhancements and integrations across clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture, acting as a liaison between business and technology teams to drive transformation, improve operational reliability, and partner with Agile teams to deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Plan and manage product enhancements supporting clinical care management and business operations.
Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.
Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare clear project updates, status reports, and communications for leadership.
Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution.
Assist with planning for new products, initiatives, and operational improvements.
Support product adoption by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating business outcomes.
Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across product initiatives.
Bachelor's degree with 1+ year i
