Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of automation and AI projects end-to-end within Believe's Agentic & Automation Factory, Believe's internal team building automation and AI solutions across Believe and TuneCore. Location: Paris, France (Remote OK). You will report to the Director of the Agentic & Automation Factory and will manage a portfolio of business projects across AI, agentic, and automation, being accountable for the impact of what you ship. You will lead strategic initiatives and guide builders and stakeholders, providing direction, reviewing work, and unblocking progress through collaborative leadership rather than direct hierarchical management. What you'll actually do - Understand the problem by engaging with business teams across Finance, Ops, Content, Artist Support, etc. - Identify what is worth automating and build a prioritized backlog with executives, defending why this work is chosen. - Frame the solution: specify how it works technically and how business rules and exceptions are handled over time. - Decide on the right level of complexity: avoid over-engineering; use AI and agentic approaches where they solve real problems. - Deliver: build it yourself (primarily in n8n) or lead a builder to deliver it; quantify outcomes (time saved, costs avoided) and present to stakeholders. Qualifications - 6–7 years of experience, ideally in strategy/transformation consulting, or a senior PM background with a strong process mindset. - Comfortable running discovery conversations with VPs and debugging a workflow in a single day. - Knowledge of automation and AI
