We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to elevate a cross-functional Topic Team, partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations and Marketing to achieve objectives and beyond. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring a customer-centric mindset to scale our product and maximize value for Wallapop users and the organization. Responsibilities include driving the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and user needs, collaborating with engineering, data science, product design and operations to develop and launch innovative products, ensuring product quality across devices and platforms, analyzing market trends and user feedback to inform strategy, leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring performance and iterating to improve user experience and business outcomes, and staying informed of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and data-informed decision making; deep user empathy; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus.
