Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of customer experience initiatives across category verticals. You will own vertical-specific product scopes, translate customer insights into actionable requirements, and collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, analytics, communications, and support teams to deliver impactful software solutions. Responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, roadmapping (6–12 months), prioritizing features, and effectively communicating with stakeholders up to CL8 level. You will optimize resources, apply data-driven frameworks, write clear decision proposals, and drive high-quality decision making in ambiguous environments. You will mentor and inspire junior PMs and build cross-functional networks. Qualifications include proven PM experience, SDLC knowledge, strong analytical skills, problem solving, Agile experience, excellent communication, customer-centric focus, and English at least B2 level.
