About the role

Senior Mobile Product Designer based in Spain is sought to own the end-to-end native mobile experience for iOS and Android. In a remote-first, high-performance environment, you will shape a mobile product used by customers across Europe, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy, validate ideas through experimentation, and deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences. Own the complete user experience for native iOS and Android apps, ensuring seamless, engaging journeys.
Identify opportunities where native mobile capabilities provide unique value; validate concepts through research, experimentation, and measurable outcomes before implementation.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and shape the roadmap as an equal contributor within the product trio.
Lead discovery activities by testing assumptions, gathering user insights, and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions.
Create innovative mobile experiences while maintaining consistency through scalable design systems and user-centered design principles.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, accessible, performant, and delivered with high quality.
Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design processes and enhance customer experiences.
