Responsibilities

• Provide holistic HR support for a defined business area at Seelze and, when needed, support other locations.
• Advise and support leaders on all HR-related topics—from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with management to understand business requirements and their impact on HR processes and people strategies.
• Support workforce planning, resource planning, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on recruitment, candidate selection, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes, standards, and policies and implement global corporate guidelines.
• Contribute to and lead local and cross-site HR projects and change initiatives.
• Analyze relevant HR metrics and utilize modern HR systems and digital tools.
