SCAYLE, part of Zalando SE, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for AI Photostudio to lead organic growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Based in Hamburg, Germany, you will build a high-volume, video-first content engine to showcase SCAYLE STUDIOS (e.g., recurring formats like content snacks and product demos after sign-up), grow and engage our audience with platform-native content, and own the LinkedIn speaker program from positioning and ghostwriting to content planning and enablement. You will script and appear on camera, develop creative campaign ideas, hooks, and angles that generate attention and sign-ups; brief integrated and programmatic campaigns; and partner with Paid Performance Marketing to translate organic insights into scalable acquisition campaigns. You will test new GTM plays (referrals, webinars, masterclasses, partnerships, and free-credit campaigns), support events and activations, track performance, and iterate based on learning.
