The architecture is headless, with the frontend pulling data from multiple APIs and balancing speed for users with maintainability for us. We are moving from Nuxt/Vue toward React/Next.js, and you will have real influence on how our frontend journey looks—from best practices to tooling choices and skill development.

Examples of your upcoming responsibilities: - Own the frontend architecture of your projects, from component structure and data fetching to production performance - Develop and maintain shared components and packages used across the portfolio - Translate designs into durable solutions and challenge ideas when a simpler path exists but costs more - Ensure accessibility is built in from the start, not tacked on after - Work with the client to translate business needs into frontend solutions and push back when there is a simpler way to reach the goal
