Senior Financial Data Analyst (Power BI) is sought to support financial planning systems and act as a liaison between the Finance team and the Business Intelligence team for system issues, updates, and enhancement projects. Collaborate with technical resources and functional business managers to gather and analyze data and requirements. Maintain current planning systems and contribute to the design and development of new functionality, data cubes, reports, and report formats within the area of responsibility. Develop and maintain multi-department reporting based on operational objectives, translating strategic business logic into technical report requirements and schema design. Perform ad hoc reporting requests of moderate complexity. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline with 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years of Power BI experience, including dataset creation and DAX. Preferred: Master’s degree; 2+ years financial reporting experience; experience partnering with Business Intelligence; experience with Snowflake and SQL Server; proficiency in Planning Analytics TM1 or similar tools (e.g., Anaplan); proficiency in developing Power BI reports/dashboards and in data connection and transformation; strong SQL skills.
