About the role We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic reporting that drives business decision-making across the organization. This role acts as a finance partner to operations and leadership teams, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights on performance, costs, and trends.

What you'll do Planning & Forecasting - Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, partnering with department managers to develop accurate and timely financial plans - Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, capital investment decisions, pricing analysis, and profitability reviews

Reporting & Analysis - Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year - Analyze business unit and branch-level financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities; present findings to senior leadership - Monitor and report on KPIs including gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and working capital metrics

Accounting & Compliance - Support month-end and year-end close processes; ensure accuracy of financial results and proper accruals - Assist with annual financial audits and ensure financial reporting is GAAP
