Senior Event Sales Manager at Pinstripes in Washington, DC, is responsible for driving event revenue and leading a team of Event Sales Managers. You will report to the National Director of Sales and be accountable to the VP of Event Sales & Business Development, collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless event transitions. The role focuses on developing, planning, and selling events to exceed monthly and annual sales objectives, creating and implementing innovative sales initiatives, and mentoring a team of Event Sales Managers. Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients, negotiate effectively, pursue new business opportunities, and leverage established connections with local DMCs, event planners, CVBs, and hotels. Collaborate with the National DOS and GM on sales and marketing initiatives; oversee financial reporting, manage revenue documentation, and ensure accurate budgeting. Provide timely, tailored proposals to clients (menus, beverages, etc.), schedule site tours, and oversee events from start to finish while maintaining brand standards. Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH teams, drive upselling and revenue strategies, and lead a high-performance sales team in a fun, engaging environment. Proficiency with POS systems, Tripleseat, Microsoft Office, and Wisely is required. Travel as needed.
