Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure at Poppulo is a fast-growing software company with a distributed workforce. This Cork, Ireland-based hybrid role collaborates with software engineering to embed DevOps practices into the development lifecycle, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM). You will implement comprehensive observability, security, and incident response, and help ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; provisioning and scaling Azure environments; implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting; integrating security practices across the pipeline; participating in incident response and root-cause analysis; and aiding cross-functional teams with DevOps tooling and workflows.
