Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join the Data Center team in Hawesville, United States. The role focuses on supporting design and construction for new and existing data center projects and requires an architectural background with experience in design, architecture, and civil works. You will report to the Project Manager or Project Director, coordinate with the Owner/Client, consultants, designers, and contractors, and assist in managing the project through all design and construction phases. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining project documents (reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, change orders, inspections, and closeout materials), maintaining Basis of Design and template specifications, reviewing design RFPs, and coordinating external design consultants. You will communicate design standards, manage multiple fast-paced projects, and seek innovative cost-saving solutions without compromising quality or reliability. SOX controls may apply where relevant. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, and 8+ years of experience in construction project coordination or equivalent. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office, strong client-facing presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset are required.
