In this on-site role based in Zurich, Switzerland, you will collaborate with data architects, product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives. You will mentor fellow data engineers, promote data quality and master data management practices, and drive continuous improvements across data platforms, processes, and standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, data modelling, and modern data platforms, strong SQL and Python skills, hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Azure, and a solid understanding of data governance and enterprise data management practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English are required; German language skills are a plus.
