Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams, and all-things-digital solutions, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams.
Design and optimize portfolio management, project management, demand management, and resource management processes.
Translate business requirements into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

Location and work arrangements:

5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM.
Experience with strategic portfolio, project, and demand management processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent German (C1) and English.
EU-based location.
Location: Germany (EU-based).
Remote work is available (Remote OK).
