The Senior Business Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for developing reporting around operational KPIs, supporting a regular cadence of executive reviews, and collaborating with the technology team to enhance dashboards over time. The role provides analytics support for ongoing projects across business segments using tools such as Excel and Power BI, focusing on turning data into insights and establishing a feedback loop with technical teams to improve reporting products. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering reports and dashboards for executives at all institutions; leading day-to-day report development; providing analytics to performance acceleration colleagues; acting as a liaison for institutional reviews; leading report discussions with institutional leadership; offering detailed feedback to technology teams; performing statistical analysis and identifying process improvements; staying current with institutional reporting needs; assisting with special reports and project estimation; and supporting interviewing, hiring, and training of additional analysts as required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5+ years of analytics and report development experience, 5+ years in higher education or similar multi-line service organization, experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
