The role focuses on designing, building, and operating backend systems, platforms, and developer tools used at scale, with a focus on enabling AI-assisted engineering and improving developer productivity. You will join one of the Engineering Experience teams—Development Environments & AI or CI/CD—and collaborate with other teams to design and implement solutions that enable fast, reliable development, continuous delivery, and high-quality software. You will build tools and services using technologies such as Go, Ruby and Kubernetes, and ensure their adoption across hundreds of engineers. You will work to ensure that AI-generated code aligns with context, conventions, guardrails, and safety, and you will own your solutions end-to-end from ideation to wide adoption.
