U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the multi-cloud AI Platform, including Gen AI, Agentic AI, and MLP. This role owns end-to-end product management, defines features and roadmaps, and partners with engineering, UX/design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions. You will influence platform functionality, user experience, and tradeoffs across teams, and act as a business engineer bridging customer needs with technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own the creation and evolution of products within the AI platform in partnership with engineering, UX/design, and business stakeholders; drive strategic vision, priorities, and the roadmap.
Serve as a thought leader in technical platform product management.
Gather market, customer, and internal data to shape product vision, target segments, markets, channels, go-to-market approaches, and value propositions.
Align strategy with cross-functional leaders to identify company-wide priorities that shape product roadmap, investment areas, and success metrics.
Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable features; ensure understanding of product requirements.
Understand the larger architecture and technology direction to evolve the platform for thousands of developers and millions of users.
Manage technical considerations and deliver scalable, generalizable solutions.
Operate within an agile framework, defining features and user stories, prioritizing work in sprints and across quarters; participate in cross-team retrospectives.
