What you’ll do: - Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Schwab’s client-facing AI experiences in alignment with business and technology goals. - Partner with R&D to define evaluation strategies for measuring and monitoring the quality of generative AI output. - Define metrics to estimate hallucination impact, output acceptance, and safety concerns. - Communicate key metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, highlighting trends, variance, and business impact. - Distill MVPs and iterative deliverables from long-term product visions. - Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including user research, requirements gathering, and go-to-market strategy. - Advocate for a strong user experience by incorporating feedback and analytics. - Identify and mitigat
