This fully remote Senior Accountant role supports day-to-day accounting and month-end close, with involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP knowledge, experience in general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments. Responsibilities include day-to-day operational accounting, preparing financial reports and analyses for internal and external use, monthly and quarterly reconciliations, interpreting transactions, resolving discrepancies, and developing processes to automate and streamline accounting methods. The Senior Accountant will partner with HR on payroll changes, benefits administration, headcount planning, equity compensation (stock options and RSUs), and reimbursement of payroll liabilities. You will assist with audits and tax filings, support annual budgets and forecasts, and work with external advisors while maintaining internal controls. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least 4 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting, excellent analytical and communication skills, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
