About the role

Newcode.ai is a fast-growing legal tech and AI company transforming how legal work is done. We have teams across Europe and the US. As an Account Executive, you will drive growth and success of our AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets in the UK. You will build relationships with customers, understand their challenges, and present AI-powered solutions that improve workflows and productivity. You will combine sales execution with a consultative approach, communicating value of technology and partnering through the AI adoption journey. As an early member of the UK commercial team, you will help establish and scale Newcode's presence in the UK market.

As an Account Executive, you will drive growth and success of our AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets in the UK. You will build relationships with customers, understand their challenges, and present AI-powered solutions that improve workflows and productivity. You will combine sales execution with a consultative approach, communicating value of technology and partnering through the AI adoption journey. As an early member of the UK commercial team, you will help establish and scale Newcode's presence in the UK market.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting, onboarding, and expansion.
Build and manage a pipeline via outbound, inbound, networking, and relationships.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understanding business challenges and aligning Newcode’s solutions with goals.
Conduct tailored product demos and evaluations to show value.
Collaborate with Engineering, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to incorporate feedback and deliver outcomes.
Achieve revenue goals while focusing on customer experience.
Manage pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales metrics.
Help develop Newcode’s sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scale.
Represent Newcode at customer meetings, industry events, and market opportunities.

Requirements

7+ years of SaaS legal tech sales experience in startups.
End-to-end sales cycle exper
