Hub International is seeking a Scrum Master to join its Agile Center of Excellence, a team dedicated to scaling Agile practices across the technology organization. In this role, you will serve as a servant-leader and coach for one or more cross-functional delivery squads, helping teams plan, deliver, and collaborate more effectively. You’ll work with fellow Scrum Masters and partner with Product Owners, program managers, and business stakeholders across a portfolio of technology initiatives, contributing to the Agile maturity of the organization beyond the team level. Responsibilities include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives), removing impediments and shielding teams from distractions, coaching teams on Agile principles, tracking sprint health, velocity, and capacity using Jira, assisting with backlogs, collaborating across squads during cross-team ceremonies, and supporting backlog refinement and sprint readiness. You will actively incorporate AI tools into daily practice — drafting retrospective summaries, surfacing impediment patterns, generating status updates, and streamlining ceremony preparation. You will contribute to COE initiatives such as Ways of Working documentation, Agile Guild sessions, maturity assessments, and tooling improvements, and you will support program-level reporting and visibility for stakeholders and leadership.
