As the exclusive Caterpillar dealer in the Northeast, Milton CAT offers the opportunity to represent industry-leading equipment while building lasting relationships with customers who rely on your expertise to keep their operations running. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone ready to own a territory and grow a book of business.

Starting compensation range: $70,000-$100,000 base plus commission based on performance. Outside Sales Representatives typically earn within the stated range in their first year, with unlimited earning potential thereafter.

Qualifications:
