The right candidate will manage the sales process while delivering excellent customer service, source new customers, help buyers find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process. Essential duties include effectively communicating D.R. Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers; uncovering customer goals and challenges and establishing D.R. Horton as the best solution; overcoming objections and closing sales; maintaining accurate documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction; continually sourcing new sales opportunities; creating and presenting a marketing plan to establish new customer relationships; networking and outreach to realtors; managing time to meet sales goals and collaborating with other team members; maintaining and expanding a database of prospects; attending sales meetings; developing and maintaining good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members; executing policies to ensure compliance with quality standards; conducting all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit of the company.

Education and/or Experience: Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience. Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime. Ability to use D.R. Horton Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions or via D.R. Horton Sale
