As a Sales Manager, you will be central to the customer service experience in our stores, generating leads, closing sales, processing renewal payments, and physically handling merchandise to keep showroom floors well maintained. You will build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors, set sales goals, and drive new business through marketing strategies. You will assist the General Manager with operational functions and, if needed, assist with deliveries when a driver is not available. Additional requirements: age 19+ (18 in Canada); high school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of college or prior management experience preferred; valid state driver's license and must meet DOT certification requirements; flexible schedule between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.; ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
