Bray Process Control (a division of Bray Sales, Inc.) is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead profitable growth initiatives, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships across HVAC, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, and power industries. This on-site role in Houston, TX, partners with the outside sales team to identify new business opportunities and supports project execution, project management, inside sales, operations, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies to expand Bray's customer base, increasing bookings, and penetrating new markets; leading and developing the sales team through coaching, opportunity reviews, customer engagement, and CRM best practices to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy; collaborating with cross-functional teams including project management, operations, engineering, and inside sales to ensure efficient project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction; and supporting overall branch leadership by contributing to strategic initiatives, operational performance improvements, and a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Qualifications include: reside in or relocate to the Houston, TX area; experience in automation, control valves, instrumentation, or related technical markets preferred; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field strongly preferred; minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, project management, or business management; strong financial and business acumen including budgeting
