The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive, client-centric environment, driving store performance, delivering superior client service, and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed productivity goals. This role will manage and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals and lead by example in all store operations. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus personal and manager bonuses and free tanning.
