Sales Manager – Store, Mall of Georgia, Buford, GA. The Sales Manager leads a high-performing selling culture across the store, driving sales results and delivering an engaging customer experience. This on-site role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors, brand standards, and operational expectations. The Sales Manager supports the achievement of key sales and service KPIs through effective leadership, customer-focused coaching, and efficient day-to-day execution. Major activities include assisting the Store Manager with SOP adherence, enforcing company policies and standards, modeling best-in-class Customer Experience and selling behaviors, providing Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, overseeing in-store programs such as balloons, birthday parties, loyalty enrollment, MCC/Extend services (US only), Knit & Sew Shop operations including the Cut Bar, BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, supporting Custom Framing, training and developing team members, maintaining Asset Protection, and other duties as assigned. Required: 3+ years of retail leadership experience. Work environment includes standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, lifting up to 25-50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
