Responsibilities

• Convert leads into customers using a consultative sales approach for our SaaS and project-based services.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Own the entire sales process from initial contact to handover to the project team.
• Identify new customer needs, market potential, and build business cases for our analytics software based on customer requirements.
• Develop account and market strategies with clear action plans and KPIs, and monitor market trends.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our sales processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and the sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Sell both SaaS solutions and implementation/consulting services.
• Travel as needed to be close to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Enthusiasm for startups, service orientation, and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
• IT affinity, interest in data structures, and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ideally, initial exposure to supply chain management challenges (e.g., demand planning, supply chain optimization).
