Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Create, develop and implement training programs and curricula for Black Box employees across the Data Center business unit, ensuring all training aligns with federal, state, local regulations and industry standards. - Deliver OSHA 30 and OSHA 10-hour training at various sites as required. - Develop and implement new employee orientation programs for multiple sites and the initial Black Box onboarding training. - Serve as the point of contact for training-related matters for data center staff, collaborating with cross-functional partners. - Maintain and update training records for data center employees in our LMS. - Assign required training to meet certifications and mandatory requirements. - Collaborate with trainers at Black Box training centers and contribute to safety curricula for orientation. - This position is hybrid with up to 50% travel.

Experience: - 5+ years of experience conducting safety audits, hazard identifications, assessments, and investigations of incidents. - Proficient in using and evaluating LMS applications and safety software. - 5+ years preferred managing safety and training programs
