About the role

Guitar Center is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our on-site store in Tampa, Florida. You will guide a dynamic sales team, drive revenue, and deliver memorable customer experiences that keep guests coming back. This role is eligible for the Guitar Center Company bonus program and involves training, people development, and hands-on store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
