Relocation Project Manager – Associate level, based in Houston, TX (On-site). JLL is seeking an Associate Relocation Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team. This role focuses on delivering relocation and change management projects for clients in commercial real estate. You will work with a team to deliver challenging relocation initiatives, negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, manage project documentation, and track move vendor RFPs. You will support weekly relocation planning meetings, develop project scope and schedules, and serve as an on-site resource for relocation planning and execution, including post-move support. Your knowledge of transition and change management will help the team deliver industry-changing projects. The successful candidate will be collaborative, client-focused, and proactive, with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supporting change management activities and handling projects of varying sizes and scopes.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, with 3+ years of relevant project management experience. Experience in commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management, or project management is preferred. You should be tech-savvy and proficient in project management tools. You should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with clients and teams.
