Premier Foods is seeking a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, time-served Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the Worksop site (Worksop, England, United Kingdom) as a Reliability Engineer. The role supports the Engineering Team Manager and Operations Team to deliver engineering excellence by providing technical support, driving asset reliability, implementing breakdown prevention, and leading root cause analysis investigations for prioritised unplanned downtime events. You will work with the Deputy Team Manager and Continuous Improvement Team to analyse operational data and KPI performance, identify opportunities, prioritise improvement initiatives, and deliver sustainable gains in reliability, efficiency and overall operational performance.
