Regional Sales Manager needed to lead and coordinate all sales operations in the Los Angeles, United States region. The role entails planning, organizing, directing, and controlling sales activities, setting goals for regional representatives, providing forecasts to management, supporting pre- and post-sales technical issues, delivering product training, and preparing quotes with price breakdowns and lead times. The candidate will manage the regional reps, drive revenue to meet targets, and participate in coaching and conference calls with customers. In-field presence is required, with a minimum of 25% time spent visiting customers; periodic travel may be necessary to close opportunities and evaluate performance. A U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) is required, with documentation provided on hire. Some positions may involve sensitive contracts and require citizenship as a condition of employment.
