Action Property Management is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be a strong sourcer and relationship builder who can proactively identify top talent while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. A minimum of one year of recruiting experience is required, and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates is expected. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and initial screening through offer acceptance. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume roles.
