BMW TechWorks is seeking a skilled React developer to independently develop and maintain our web application. You will own the frontend architecture, development process, and implementation decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the frontend architecture of our web application
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate business requirements into structured technical specifications
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA engineers to refine requirements
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimize the application for speed and scalability
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Handle state management and data architecture
Implement automated testing strategies
Manage deployment and build processes
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Ensure accessibility per WCAG standards

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem
Mandatory skills: MCP + Skills + Agents; VSCode + GitHub or similar IDE
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Expert understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context, etc.)
Strong experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Zustand)
Proficiency with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)
Experience with React testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Libr
