QA Lead at Cirkul is responsible for hands-on quality measurements and leadership in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include: reviewing SOPs, batch records, testing methods (including tasting), and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented; leading QA Technicians in daily activities; following work orders and quality control procedures; approving and releasing laboratory data and reports; partnering with cross-functional teams; reporting Food Safety and Quality issues to management and implementing corrective actions; participating in investigations into root causes and CAPA; and ensuring product safety, identity, strength, quality, and purity. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Requirements include 1–2 years of QA/QC experience, proficiency in English (bilingual in English & Spanish preferred), ability to maintain a clean and safe work area, knowledge of complex packaging equipment, high attention to detail, ability to train others, strong communication, and basic math skills. This role is based on-site in Tampa, Florida, United States.
